Humor in Real Life

Posted on 22:27 by Unknown
This photo is taken from Kristy's photo stream on flickr. To see more of her photos click hereThese are some golden moments that gave a smile on my face. Hopefully, they should have the same effect on you.. My mother is a primary school teacher. One day while correcting the answer papers suddenly she burst out into laughter. Reason was simple. She had given a question to students which asked

Umbrella in the Bus

Posted on 21:05 by Unknown
Generally my travel to office takes one and half hours. The travel through traffic jam is not so interesting to be entertained about. But then, some days turn different. The photo above is taken by one of my colleague from the cab we travel. So what is it. A employee of some IT company carrying an umbrella in the bus. You guessed it right, sunscreen u see :-). Whoever is the wise person, the

Pond Behind My Uncle's House

Posted on 00:19 by Unknown
I had been to my uncle's house this weekend. As you can see from the pictures, the place is just too beautiful. But the best part was the beautiful pond out there. The water was so clear that I could see the fishes swimming below. Once we step in water the excitement is too much to contain, especially for people like me who hardly get a chance to see water even in the taps of the city. As soon as

My Way of putting Google Desktop logo

Google Desktop Originally uploaded by posting bee sandee Did not like the Google desktop logo. So just thought of new way to see Google Desktop... :-) The items that you see in this picture are desktop items which make up the Google logo. The spectacles form the two 'oo', the ink bottle forms the 'g', the pen forms the 'l' and the flower vase night lamp forms the 'e'. The last one would need a

My First Car

Posted on 03:17 by Unknown
[Thats me and my Toyota Camery. You can see the front glass pane covered by ice]A few days back I was having a chat with one of my friend. The chat was about his new car. When he can give all airs about his brand new WagonR why can't I boast about my Toyota Camery. Yup. My Toyota Camery. I went on to such an extent that towards the end of the call, he was wondering if his WagonR was any worth at

Shadows

Posted on 20:44 by Unknown
[This photo have been taken from Paul Sapiano's photo stream from flickr. For more of his photos, click here]The poem below is a part of the text taken out from my first novel "The Gift of True Love", yet to be published. The whole story revolves around this poem. The language used is little bit on the higher end unlike my other work. This is because the plot in my novel demands such a language.

Universal Soldier

Universal Soldier - SideOriginally uploaded by posting bee sandee The picture that you are seeing is a sculptor whose framework was made of coconut coir. There is a thick coat of plaster of paris over which I have put a coat of gold paint. I would like to call it UNIVERSAL SOLDIER. Even though I made the sculptor about 8 years back, I had the final touches and paint done only few days back. When

It is not about my bike. My journey back to life

Posted on 02:29 by Unknown
"It is not about my bike. My journey back to life". That is what the book speaks about. The book is not written with an emotional pinch or with exuberance. It is nether a thriller nor it is fancied. It is truth in its nakedness which stares out. Lance Amstrong’s Biography. The book does not justify the right and the wrong. It only speaks what happened to a cancer patient and how he survived,
