Then came the hard part; How to make an easy logo.... This went for another month...Then a tune... This went for another few weeks... And then the video animation.... This took a few hours.... Put

Waynad with Dudu
Carving on wall of Edakkal Caves
A totally unplanned trip as a consequence of sudden change of events gave a welcome break to my busy busy schedule.
We started our trip from Greeshma's house (sister's house) at about 900 Hrs (from Kozhikode). The road to Waynad has nine hair-pin bends though the thick forests with richly diversified flora and fauna. In-fact, in one

Pizza Fiesta - from kittens 'meow' to roaring success :D
Posted on 22:55 by Unknown
I began to enjoy pizza was with my friend Manu Batura when both of us were deputed to US. Both of us were equally dumb with cooking. To add to the icing was the cherry of laziness. The laziness that we shared towards cooking was unparalleled by even a sloth. We would just lay flat and cling to our beds if it ever came to a point when either had to cook. So, to the hotel owners delight,

Photo taken on the day of my Marriage
I heard about her, about 5 months before my marriage (in 2009). It was from one of our family friends. They said, 'The home from which you are bringing the girl, is it the one that has a car standing in the portico with an old lady sitting beside.'
On my engagement day, I remember, she was sitting in the front seat. As a casual onlooker looking at the
Team Building - Bosch - Guhantara

I had taken my team for a team outing last month. It was a very fun filled event. Then why is it so late on this blog? Hmm.. The reason is that I wanted to see if it truly adds value. Have we all been able to meet the common good. Being in the master planners shoes for the first time, I was not sure if it would work out well. Not that it was the first time I had organized an event. In-fact,

The Diary of a Young Girl - Anne Frank - Book Review
Posted on 09:31 by Unknown
Just finished reading the book, 'The Diary of a Young Girl'. I was travelling by Volvo while I read the last page. I took me rest of the journey to admire this novel selfless work. Anne Frank was born in Germany but she migrated along with her parents to Holland after the Nazis came to power. When Nazi's took over Holland, her parents went into hiding. There she stayed in a secret annexe.

And the Mountains Echoed - Khaled Hosseini - Book Review
Posted on 22:23 by Unknown
I received this book as a gift from Anil Chettan on my 32nd birthday. I have read 'The Kite Runner' by the same author. It was an absolute marvel. However, I did not pick up the second book because from its reviews I felt that it did not have a positive morale booster. So, here I was not with the 3rd.The book is about a brother and sister being separated due poverty and finally getting to

An Ant Journey
Posted on 20:54 by Unknown
It had been a long time since I have been thinking of painting. I have read that for every artist, let it be the writers block or the painters block, when the block sets in, it is difficult to come out.. Few days back, I heard that my group manager has painted his house on his own. That was just too inspirational to hear. I has been at-least 13 years since I have painted. Finally, I decided

My First Trip to Germany – Memorable Loving Touch
Posted on 08:45 by Unknown
This is how I would summarize Germany
Soccer! World Cup! 1988 was when I
first remember listening the nation named Germany. Then came the
history books which painted our young minds with a brutal figure
synonymous to World War 2; Adolf Hitler; and Berlin; the epicenter of
action; again Germany. Further in history, the Aryan race that
migrated to India could be traced with its origins in

An Evening with Feli & Frank
Posted on 22:40 by Unknown
The day was overcast and the remnants of previous days
rain was there. I had an open invite from Feli and Frank but I wondered
if it would be good to disturb them. Nevertheless, myself along
with my colleague Sreeranjith started our way from Leonberg to
Herrenberg. So, what is the means of commutation. Here, its the trains.
From the rail map that Sreeranjith had picked up at the

Long time since I have done a book
review.. That can best be explained by the fact that the books that I
have been reading contains mainly the slokas (Sanskrit versus) and
two Upanishads. Finally, one more book that is more known and can be
connected with the audience.
This book is like the rabbit discovered by
Alice. It takes you to a wonderland.

There
has been much written about Hampi in various blogs and travelogues.
We may get a peek into the ruins that remain in Hampi and the
sculptures carved into the cave in Badami. In-fact, the photographer
for our marriage had been to Hampi. He (Ashokan) did mention about
its beauty. All these words just added to the castle of hope while I
decided to have a road trip to
