Indian Women Empowerment

To see more of the photos click here]Over the years, I have been trying to understand why 'India' having such a multi vibrant culture and seamless tolerance needed to concentrate on quota and government perks for women empowerment. It appears to be in sharp contradiction to what we Indians see in the day to day life.
